Fashion Designer

Location: Sharjah or Dubai, UAE

As a Fashion Designer at Pearls Fashion Boutique, you’ll create stunning Indo-Western designs, blending Indian embroidery and vibrant fabrics with contemporary silhouettes. Collaborate with clients and our team to craft custom outfits and readymade collections, bringing fresh ideas to our vision. If you’re a creative visionary passionate about fusion fashion, this is your opportunity to make an impact!

Responsibilities:

• Design Indo-Western garments (kurtis, lehengas, gowns) for custom and readymade collections
• Sketch and develop design concepts based on client needs and fashion trends
• Select high-quality fabrics and embellishments to maintain our craftsmanship standards
• Work with tailors to ensure precise stitching and detailed embroidery
• Innovate Indo-Western styles by staying updated on global fashion trends
• Contribute to seasonal collections and boutique visual displays

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in fashion design or equivalent experience
  
• Proficiency in sketching, pattern-making, and garment construction
  
• Deep knowledge of Indo-Western fashion and Indian craftsmanship
  
• Keen eye for detail and passion for quality fabrics
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
  
• Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW) is a plus

Social Media Executive

Location: Sharjah or Dubai, UAE

As a Social Media Executive, you’ll elevate Pearls Fashion Boutique’s online presence, showcasing our Indo-Western collections to expatriate women across the UAE. Manage our Instagram and other platforms, create engaging content, and drive customer connections, building on our strong Instagram engagement. If you’re a digital storyteller with a love for fashion, join us to grow our vibrant community!

Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule Instagram posts, Reels, and Stories featuring kurtis, gowns, and lehengas
• Write engaging captions and use hashtags (e.g., #IndoWesternFashion, #UAEFashion) to increase reach
• Respond to customer inquiries via Instagram DMs and WhatsApp to build relationships
• Analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance and engagement
• Collaborate with the design team to promote new collections and campaigns
• Stay current on social media trends to keep Pearls’ online presence dynamic

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience managing social media for a fashion or retail brand
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and video editing
• Understanding of Instagram analytics and SEO best practices
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Enthusiasm for Indo-Western fashion and customer engagement
